Om Construction Associates

We are located on the second floor of Plot No M/47 in Kalkaji. We are quite close to the Kali Mandir, which is a very busy area with a lot of people visiting the temple every day. Om Construction Associates is a small firm. Our office is usually full of rolls of blueprints and samples of building materials like tiles and wood. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where every drawing is hidden. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a climb every day, but it keeps us moving. Kalkaji is a crowded place, and parking can be a real struggle, so we usually tell people to take the metro. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. When we are here, we are usually arguing over designs or talking to contractors on the phone. The walls have pictures of projects we’ve worked on over the years. They aren't professional photos, just ones we took on our phones. We don't have a receptionist. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We just try to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people using them. It’s a lot of dusty shoes and long meetings, but we like seeing things get built.
