We are based out of Office No A 13 in Phase 1 of the Okhla Industrial Estate. If you’re looking for us, we’re right near the CNG filling pump, which is always busy with a long line of autos and trucks. Being in logistics means we are always surrounded by movement. There’s a constant sound of engines and people loading things onto pallets. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just some desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork piled up. We spend most of our day on the phone or tracking shipments. Okhla is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic and the noise, but it’s where all the action is. We started Committed Logistics Pvt Ltd because we knew how to move things from point A to point B. It’s not always smooth; trucks get delayed and the weather messes things up. We just deal with those problems as they come. Our staff usually eats lunch together at the small stalls nearby. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the boxes get to where they need to go without getting lost. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big shipment is late. We stay until the job is done, then go home and do it all again tomorrow.
