Perfect It Solutions is located at B- 1164 Govindpuri. We are directly opposite the Hotel Crown Plaza in Okhla Phase No. 1. It’s a funny spot to be because that hotel is so massive and polished, while our shop is just a regular place where we deal with messy computer problems. Okhla is a very busy industrial and commercial area, so there is always a lot of movement outside our door. We spend our days surrounded by open laptop cases, loose hard drives, and piles of keyboards. People from the nearby offices often drop by because their computer won't start or they've spilled tea on their keyboard. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s more like a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty with the hardware. Sometimes we have to go out to other offices to set up their internet or fix their printers. The air conditioning in the shop isn't always the best, so it can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons. We aren't trying to be the biggest IT company out there; we just want to fix the machines that people bring to us. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, especially with the older computers that people still want to use. We’ve been here in Govindpuri for a while, and we’ve seen the area change a lot, but we just keep doing our technical work.
