We've been working out of this flat on the tenth floor for a bit now. It's pocket 9A in the DDA HIG area. Dealing with political research is mostly about digging through data and trying to understand what people are thinking before an election. It’s not always pretty work, honestly. We spend a lot of time on our computers here. The lift sometimes acts up, so getting up to the tenth floor is a workout when that happens. We handle campaign solutions too, which usually means a lot of late nights and messy desks covered in maps and charts. It’s just a small team of us. We aren't fancy consultants in suits. Most days we are just trying to make sense of the latest polling numbers or figuring out how to reach folks in different districts. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a big project going on, but we make it work somehow. Usually, there's a lot of tea and coffee involved to keep us going. It’s practical stuff. We look at the facts and try to give honest answers to the people who ask us for help with their campaigns. It is quiet up here mostly, away from the street noise. Just trying to do the job right and keep things moving along without too much fuss or extra fluff in the reports. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It is just a flat where we do our research.
