Nirankari Physio-Occupational Therapy Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away in Mehrauli at 1092/1. Most people find us by looking for the Dominos Pizza corner first, then they spot our sign. Nirankari Physio-Occupational Therapy Clinic is a bit of a long name, but it tells you what we do. We have these tables for people to lie on while they get their joints moved around. There are also some weights and bands hanging on the walls. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but once you’re inside, it’s all about the work. We see people who have hurt their backs at work or maybe twisted an ankle playing football. Sometimes it takes a few visits before they start feeling like themselves again. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the shoes coming in and out every day. We don’t have a fancy receptionist in a suit; usually, one of the therapists just waves you in when they are free. It’s a small space, so you might end up chatting with the person next to you while you’re doing your exercises. We have a clock on the wall that ticks a bit loud, but nobody seems to mind. Life in Mehrauli is fast, so we try to get people back on their feet as quickly as their bodies allow. It’s hard work for the patients, but they keep coming back until they’re sorted. Just a simple clinic doing what needs to be done without any extra fuss.
