We are located on the first floor at F 269 in Ladosarai, which is right near the Mehrauli area. It’s an interesting part of New Delhi because you have all this history around you with the old monuments nearby. Niit Smartserve Pvt Ltd is tucked away in this building. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we like it that way. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the hallway can be dark if the light isn't on, but once you get inside the office, it’s a good space. We have set up everything we need to keep things running. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. Sometimes the street outside gets crowded with bikes and cars, especially in the evenings. We can hear the bustle from our desks. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls or corporate art. Instead, we have a few calendars and some notes pinned up. It’s a practical environment. We take turns making coffee or tea in the small pantry area. Working in Ladosarai feels very different from the big office blocks in Gurgaon or Noida. It’s more grounded and feels like a real part of the city. We just do our bit every day, handle our responsibilities, and don't make a big deal about it. It’s just a group of people working together in an old part of Delhi.
