Nice Project Pvt Ltd is based in the Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase I. Our office is on the second floor of Agarwal Plaza, suite 210. Okhla is a very busy industrial area, so there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. It’s the kind of place where people are always working hard, and we fit right in. Agarwal Plaza is a well-known building in the estate, so it’s not too hard for people to find us. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. Our office is a practical space designed for work, not for showing off. We deal with various projects and most of our time is spent on the phone or sitting at our computers making sure things are on schedule. There isn't much room for fluff in our day. We just focus on the tasks at hand. The second floor is usually buzzing with activity from the other businesses too. It’s a very productive environment. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to finish our projects and make sure everything is handled the right way. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a good rhythm. We like being in Okhla because it feels like the heart of the action. It’s not a glamorous place, but it’s where real work gets done. That suits us just fine and we keep our heads down.
