Nextgen

Nextgen is located at 1 97 on the NCERT Campus in New Delhi. Working on a campus like this is very different from being in the middle of a commercial market or a busy industrial area. It’s much greener and quieter, which we really appreciate during the long work weeks. Our office is a simple room where we handle our daily business. There are trees right outside the window, and sometimes you can hear birds instead of just the usual traffic noise of the city. We spend most of our hours here working on various projects, mostly sitting at our desks and going through lists or typing up reports on our computers. The furniture is a bit older, the kind you find in many government or educational settings, but it’s sturdy and does the job fine. We don't have any flashy branding or a big glass entrance like the companies in Gurgaon. It’s just a plain door with our name on a small sign. We usually start the day early to enjoy the calm of the campus before things get too busy with students and faculty. There’s a lot of walking involved if you want to get anywhere else on the grounds, so we tend to stay at our desks for long stretches of time. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to get their work done without a lot of distractions. We share the space with a lot of books and paper files. It feels like a very stable, quiet place to be.
