M-Tech Developers Ltd. is situated at 144/2, Ashram, right on the busy Mathura Road. If you’ve ever been through the Ashram intersection, you know how chaotic it can get with all the cars and buses. Our office is in one of the older buildings there, and it has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We spend most of our time looking at technical drawings and working out development plans. It’s a lot of numbers and a lot of checking and re-checking things. The noise from Mathura Road is a constant background sound for us, but after a while, you stop noticing it. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days we are stuck in the office all day, and other days we are out at sites getting our shoes dirty. The tea stall downstairs is where we get most of our energy from. Working in Ashram means we are centrally located, which is handy, but it also means dealing with the constant dust and movement of Delhi. We just keep our heads down and get through the work, making sure the blueprints turn into real buildings eventually. It is just the way we have always done it.
