Blitz Developers

We are Blitz Developers, and our small office is at Plot No-7 in Vaisali Extension. It is located in the Dabri area, quite close to Dabri Mod and not far from Dwarka. We have been working on local projects and property stuff for a good while now. It is a bit of a dusty job sometimes, especially with all the construction going on around here. We aren't some high-rise corporate office with glass walls. We just have a functional space where we meet with builders and people looking for homes. Most of our work is about developing small plots or helping people figure out what they can build on their land. It’s a lot of technical talk and looking at site plans. We are just local guys who understand how things work in this part of Dwarka. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Word spreads when you do a decent job, and that’s mostly how we get our work. We spend our time between the office and the actual sites. It’s hard work, but we like seeing things get built from the ground up. If you are near the Vaisali Extension and want to talk about property or building something, you can find us easily. We are usually around, wearing regular clothes and dealing with the daily grind of the construction business. It’s not fancy, but it is what we do and we like it.
