You can find us, Netcustomer India Pvt Ltd, on the second floor of 2 14 in Sarvapriya Vihar, New Delhi. It’s a nice area, quite green compared to some other parts of the city. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for our small team to sit and work on our computers. We’ve been here for several years now, and the office has a lot of character, which is a polite way of saying it’s a bit old. We have some shelves stacked with manuals and old hardware that we don't use much anymore. Most of our work involves helping people out with tech issues, which we do right from these desks. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers walking around in suits. It’s usually just us in our casual clothes, drinking tea and working through our task lists. The neighborhood is quiet, which helps us stay focused. The neighbors are mostly families or small shops, and you can hear the birds in the morning before the city really wakes up. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels more like a community than a business district. We’re just a bunch of regular folks doing a job we know how to do well. There’s no big mystery to it. We show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and then head home.
