Neptune (India) Ltd. is situated at C-116 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s a hub of activity. There are always trucks loading and unloading nearby, and the streets are never really quiet. Our place at C-116 is where all the main work happens. We have a mix of office space and area for our equipment. It’s a busy environment and we usually have a lot going on at once. We don’t really go in for fancy decor or anything like that; it’s an industrial space meant for working. The people here have been around for a long time, so everyone knows their role without needing much direction. We spend our days managing various operations and making sure the schedules are kept. Sometimes the power goes out in the area or the traffic makes a delivery late, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a very hands-on kind of workplace. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just provide what we do from this Okhla location and keep things moving forward. It’s a bit gritty at times, given the location, but that is just the nature of Phase-I. We like the energy of the place and the fact that there is always something happening right outside our door.
