N. C. M. India Limited

Our office is located at E-178 in East of Kailash. If you’ve ever tried to park a car around here, you know it’s a bit of a challenge. N. C. M. India Limited has been operating from this building for a while now. It’s a typical South Delhi neighborhood, a mix of homes and offices, and we’re right in the middle of it. The office itself is full of desks, old filing cabinets, and the usual paperwork you’d expect. We aren't into flashy décor or modern lounge areas. We just have a space that works for what we do every day. The morning usually starts with some tea and a look at the schedule. The phones start ringing pretty early, and there’s always someone coming in or out with some documents. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening up and more traffic on the main roads. Despite all the noise outside, we stay pretty focused on our tasks. We handle a lot of administrative and operational stuff, so there’s always a list of things to finish. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don’t spend much time on fancy meetings; we just talk across the room or head to the small kitchen area for a break. It’s just a regular workplace where everyone knows their job and gets on with it.
