You can find us at 200, Jorbagh. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a company that deals with earthmovers, as Jorbagh is usually known for being a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood in Delhi. But this is where our main office is located. We don't keep the heavy machinery parked on the street here, of course; that’s all kept at our yards elsewhere. This office is where we handle the logistics, the sales, and all the administrative headaches that come with running a machinery business. It’s a nice building with some trees nearby, which is a pleasant change from the dusty sites where our equipment usually works. Inside, the rooms are filled with files, site maps, and photos of excavators and loaders. We have a small team of about ten people who keep things running. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site managers and operators. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure a machine gets to a construction site on time. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. We just have a lot of calendars and boards with lists of equipment locations. It’s a practical office for a tough business, even if the neighborhood is a little more refined than we are. Most of us have been working together for years, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We just focus on keeping the fleet moving and making sure the paperwork is in order before the day ends.
