Our office is located at M-3 in Lajpat Nagar-II. It’s a well-known neighborhood in Delhi, mostly residential but with plenty of shops and small offices tucked in between the houses. We deal with earth moving equipment, but our space here is more for the administrative and coordination side of the business. It’s not a big yard with huge machines parked outside on the street; it’s more about the planning and the spare parts side of things. We have a few rooms filled with files, computers, and sometimes some smaller parts waiting to be sent out to a site. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed most of the time. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around the desks, talking to clients on the phone or checking on equipment deliveries. Lajpat Nagar is always busy and loud, so there is a lot of life right outside our front door. Sometimes it’s really hard to find a parking spot, which is a bit of a pain for us and our visitors. We’ve been operating from this location for a bit now. We don't do a lot of fancy talk about what we do. We just focus on getting the heavy machinery to where it needs to be and making sure the technical details are sorted out. It’s straightforward work. We like the area because everything you need is just a short walk away.
