Mobiocean

Our place is at Plot No. A-12, specifically on the third floor of the building in Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate. Being right near the Sarita Vihar Metro Station makes it easier for those of us who don't want to drive in the Mathura Road traffic every single day. Mathura Road is always moving, but it can be a lot to deal with during the rush. The industrial estate has a lot of different businesses around us, so there is always some activity happening outside. You can see the metro trains passing by if you're looking out the right window. Getting up to the third floor is fine, and Mobiocean has been in this space for a bit. It’s a decent sized plot and having the metro so close is probably the best part about the location. We usually tell people to just head towards Sarita Vihar and they find us easily enough. The building is a typical industrial estate structure, nothing fancy but it does the job for us. There are a few tea stalls and small places to eat just a short walk away. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction and vehicles on Mathura Road, but that is just part of being in this area. We have our setup here on the third floor and it stays busy. It's a practical spot for a company like ours to be situated, and we just keep at it day by day.
