The Mng Infotech Private Limited office is in the basement at 137, Kailash Hills. It is right near the market area in New Delhi, so things stay pretty busy around here most of the time. Being in a basement has its own way of feeling. It’s a bit quieter than the street level but you still hear the muffled sounds of people going about their shopping. We have been in this spot for a while now. The team comes in every morning, grabs tea from the stall nearby, and then we head down the stairs to get started. It is not a massive fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We just have our desks set up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. Finding the place can be a little tricky if you aren't looking for the number 137 specifically, but being near the market helps as a landmark. The air conditioning is always running because being downstairs means things get stuffy otherwise. It’s a practical space. We chose Kailash Hills because it's a central enough spot for everyone to reach. We don’t have any big signs out front. Just the name on the door. It’s where we spend most of our daylight hours. Most days are pretty much the same, just keeping things moving and dealing with whatever comes up. We like the local vibe here because it feels real.
