We are located at E-222 in Shahin Bagh. It is right in the middle of Jamia Nagar and Abul Fazal Enclave. If you know where Okhla Public School is, we are quite close to that. The name of the place sounds a bit formal but we are actually very down to earth. Our office is a place where we sit down and look at things clearly. There is a lot of traffic in this part of Delhi 110025, so things are always moving. Inside, it is a bit quieter but we stay active. We handle a lot of different tasks every day. It's not the kind of place with a lobby or a security guard at the door. You just come up and see us. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the rhythms of the area. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It's a very human way of doing business. We deal with people directly. No automated systems or complicated menus to go through. We just listen to what someone needs and see if we can do it. The neighborhood has a lot of character and we feel like we fit right in. It’s a mix of home and work for many people around here. We just try to do our part every day and hope for the best. It’s just us doing our best with what we have here.
