Being located at D-769 in C R Park makes us a part of a very lively neighborhood. We are right opposite the fish market, which means there is always a lot of foot traffic around our door. Since we are both a chemist and a departmental store, our day is quite varied. One minute we are helping someone find their blood pressure medicine, and the next we are bagging some snacks or toiletries. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside because we have so many different types of products, but it works out. We are near Market Number 2, so people often stop by after doing their other shopping. The residents of Chittaranjan Park are quite particular about what they want, so we try to keep a good variety of brands. It isn't a silent place; there’s always the sound of people talking and the busy market noise coming in. We don't have a polished corporate look, just a lot of shelves filled with whatever is useful. Sometimes the medicine side of things gets very busy, especially in the mornings. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It’s a lot of responsibility handling medicines alongside regular groceries, but we've been doing it for a long time now. We just focus on getting the right items to the people who walk through our door every day, whether they need a bandage or a bag of rice.
