We've been here in Okhla for a bit now. Our office is up on the second floor of E-43/4 in Phase-II. It's a busy part of the city, lots of industrial stuff going on around us. Midwest Technologies Llp started out because we saw a need for tech support in the area. Mostly, we just handle the day-to-day tech work that keeps things running for people. It isn't a fancy setup. If you walk past the industrial blocks, you'll find us. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and looking at screens. Some days are quieter than others. Usually, there's a lot of traffic getting into the Okhla Industrial Area in the mornings, so we get an early start to avoid the worst of it. We are just a group of people who know their way around computers and systems. People drop by sometimes with questions about their setups. We try to be helpful. It’s a practical kind of place. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that, just our workspace where the actual work gets done. It’s honest work. We have been in Delhi-South Delhi for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The building isn't the newest, but it works for what we need. We handle the technical side of things so others don't have to worry about it too much. We focus on getting the job done right and making sure the day's tasks are completed without any fuss.
