Meraj Ahmed

We’re over in Jeevan Nagar, specifically at 201 on the second floor. It’s right in the Maharani Bagh area of New Delhi. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s a mix of different types of buildings and people. Meraj Ahmed is based out of this second-floor space. It’s not a huge place, but it fits what we need for the work we do. Getting up the stairs is part of the daily routine. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or modern art on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and computers. We spend most of our time focused on the tasks at hand. Since we’re on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of the street below, which can be quite lively during the day. India can be a loud place, and this part of Delhi is no exception. We just close the windows and get on with things. It’s a practical setup. We don’t go in for big meetings or long speeches. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to happen next. Most of the people working here have been around for a while, so we know how each other works. It makes things easier. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or the most famous. We just want to do our work properly and head home to our families at the end of the day.
