Being based in New Delhi means we are right in the middle of everything. Menarini Raunaq Pharma is just a place where we handle pharmaceutical work without a lot of bells and whistles. We started out small and stayed that way in terms of how we run things. People here know each other’s names. We eat lunch together when there is time. It is not like those big corporate places you see on TV. We are just regular people working in the pharma sector. The paperwork piles up on the desks and we clear it off by the end of the week. Dealing with logistics in a place as big as New Delhi can be a headache, but we have gotten used to the shortcuts and the timing. It is a bit messy sometimes with all the files, but we know where everything is. That is just our way of doing things here. We just try to keep up with the demand.
