Mega Computer Services

Our shop is at 88B M Block in Sarita Vihar. New Delhi is a huge place, but we’ve found a nice spot here in this block. We handle all sorts of computer services, mostly just fixing things that people bring in. The office is small and usually has a few towers opened up on the workbench. It’s not the cleanest place because there’s always a bit of dust from the fans and parts lying around. We don't mind. It shows we are actually working. We’ve been in Sarita Vihar for quite a while now. People know us as the place to go when their laptop won't start or they need a part replaced. We don't use any fancy jargon or try to sell people things they don't need. We just look at the problem and tell them if we can fix it. Sometimes it takes a day, sometimes longer if we have to wait for a component. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The summers here in Delhi are brutal, so we stay inside mostly. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. It’s a decent way to earn a living. We aren't trying to be the biggest service center in the city. We just focus on the repairs for the folks who live around M Block. It gets busy on weekends when everyone realizes their home PC is broken. We just take each job as it comes and try to be fair about it all. It’s just us here, keeping the machines running.
