Medicine Point

We are tucked away in H-30 of Ndse Part-1. If you know where the Bengali Sweets Lane is, you’ve probably walked right past us without noticing. It’s a good spot because people come for the food and then remember they need their tablets. The lane is always crowded with people and cars, so it gets a bit chaotic outside our door. Inside, we try to keep things organized, but there’s always a pile of empty cartons near the back door waiting to be cleared out. My brother and I run the place. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just come in because they live nearby or work in one of the offices. The lighting is a bit dim in the back, so we use a torch sometimes to read the small print on the boxes. We have a small fridge for the insulin and vaccines which hums quite loudly. Sometimes the delivery guys leave their bikes right in front and we have to ask them to move so customers can get in. It’s a small shop but we carry a lot of different brands. We don't really do any advertising. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s a lot of standing all day, but we get to talk to a lot of interesting people from the neighborhood. It’s just a regular local chemist shop for everyday needs.
