Lado Sarai is where we call home, specifically over at F - 329/4 in the F-Block. Medi Hera Agencies Private Limited takes up the ground floor there. Being on the ground floor is handy for all the deliveries we handle. It saves us from lugging things up stairs, which I’m thankful for every day. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s functional. We’ve got our desks, our filing cabinets, and usually a stack of invoices that never seems to shrink. Delhi can be a tough place to run a business with the traffic and the pace, but we manage. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It’s a smaller group of us here. We know each other's coffee orders and who’s likely to be late when it rains. The work is steady. We deal with various agencies and partners, mostly keeping track of supplies. It's the kind of job that requires a lot of attention to detail, even if it’s not particularly exciting to talk about. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the customers get what they asked for without a headache. Sometimes things go wrong, a shipment is late or a paper gets lost, but we fix it. That’s just how it goes. Life at F-Block is pretty predictable, and for us, that’s a good thing. We keep going because there is always another order to fill.
