Medelec Instruments

We are located over in Malviya Nagar at M-83, up on the first floor. It's a busy part of the city, and our space is usually filled with various tools and electronic boxes. We've been here for quite some time, dealing with instruments that doctors and labs use every day. It started because a few of us had a background in fixing things and we realized there was a need for someone local who understood how these machines actually work. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly involves a lot of technical manuals and small screwdrivers. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so moving the larger crates can be a real workout. We spend a lot of time testing things to make sure they're doing what they should. Most people who come to see us are looking for a specific part or need someone to take a look at a machine that stopped working right. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It's more of a workshop vibe where everyone is busy with something. Malviya Nagar has changed a lot since we first opened, but we’ve stayed in this same spot. We usually grab lunch from the stalls downstairs. It’s just how we operate, keeping things practical and staying focused on the technical side of the equipment.
