Sarita Vihar is where we are. It's a decent area, but finding our specific spot can be tricky for some people. Medcloud Pharmaceuticals is basically just a few of us working out of this space. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the inventory lists. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies with glass walls and modern furniture. It’s more about the practical side of medicine supply. We handle a lot of paperwork because that's just how this industry works. The neighbors are mostly quiet, and we try to keep it that way too. We didn't start this with some grand plan to change the world, we just wanted a steady business in a part of town we knew. Every morning starts with tea and a look at what needs to be shipped out. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something to organize or a shelf that needs dusting. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We buy and sell pharma products, and we do it from our office here in Sarita Vihar. It’s straightforward. We’ve had some ups and downs like any small business, but we’re still here. It’s a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives and we have to stack things in the hallway, but we make it work. Just a regular bunch of people trying to run a decent operation without any unnecessary fuss or expensive branding.
