You can find Max Systems (P) Ltd. at B-133 in Lajpat Nagar-I. Being in this part of Delhi means there is always something happening outside our door. The building itself is an older one, and we occupy the B-133 section which has been our home for quite some time. It’s a mix of a residential feel and a workspace, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office block. We work on various systems here, and our desks are usually covered in components and wires. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where we actually do the work. The morning starts with clearing off the workspace and checking what needs to be fixed or assembled. We get a lot of foot traffic in the lane outside, so there’s always a bit of background noise from the street vendors and the cars. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab something from one of the local stalls nearby because the food in Lajpat Nagar is hard to beat. We don't worry about being fancy or looking like a big corporation. We just focus on the technical tasks we have for the day and try to get everything finished before the evening rush starts. It’s a small team and we’ve all worked together for a long time now, so we know how to help each other out.
