We are over here in Khirki Extension, right in the G6 Block area near Malviya Nagar. It’s a busy part of Delhi but we’ve got our little spot on the first floor at T-11. Basically, Marcs E-Commerce Services (Opc) Private Limited started because selling things online isn't as easy as it looks on the commercials. Most people think you just click a button and money shows up, but there is so much paperwork and tech stuff behind it. We spend our days sorting out these digital stores and making sure things run like they should. It’s just a small team of us. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets too noisy, but we keep at it. We aren't some giant corporation with fancy glass walls; it is just a practical office where we handle the daily grind of e-commerce. If you walk past the Khirki area, you might miss us, but we are there working on product listings and keeping track of orders. It started as an idea to help out and now it’s a full-time thing for us. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just focus on the tasks at hand, whether it’s fixing a website issue or helping a seller understand their dashboard. It gets complicated, so having a place right here in Malviya Nagar helps us stay connected to what’s happening. It is a lot of hard work and sitting in front of screens, but it works for us.
