Working out of Nehru Place is always an experience because it’s so crowded all the time. Mansa Computeronics is tucked away on the third floor of Vishal Bhawan. If you’re coming from the Paras Cinema Hall side, it’s not too hard to find. We’ve been in Shop 306 for years. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs to save time. The office is usually filled with parts and boxes because there’s always something being worked on. We aren't big on decorations or looking slick; we just have our desks and our tools. It gets noisy with all the shops nearby, but that’s just how Nehru Place is. Usually, one of us is out on a delivery while the others stay back to handle the phone calls and walk-ins. We deal with computers mostly, the hardware side of things that people struggle with. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why a machine won’t start. We don’t use any scripts when we talk to people. If something is broken, we say it’s broken. If it can be fixed, we do it. It’s practical work. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby stall. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners on our floor. It’s a tight-knit community despite the chaos downstairs. It's just a regular workplace doing regular tech jobs every day. We don't have fancy titles or corporate meetings, we just work.
