Manoj Kumar

I am Manoj Kumar and my business is located at B-73 Ekta Vihar. It’s in the Jaitpur Badarpur area of New Delhi. It’s quite far from the center of the city, which I actually prefer. It’s a bit more relaxed here, though the roads can be quite messy during the rains. My office is basically a room I’ve set up to handle my daily tasks. I don’t have a flashy entrance or anything like that. Most people who come here are from the local area or have heard about me from someone else. I handle a variety of things, mostly related to local services and logistics. It’s not a very glamorous job, but it’s what I know how to do. I wake up, have my tea, and get right to it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but you just have to wait it out. That’s life in this part of Delhi. I don’t have a mission statement or anything fancy. I just want to do my work well and go home at the end of the day. People around here are hardworking and I try to match that energy. I’ve lived in Ekta Vihar for years, so I feel like I belong here. It’s a good place to be if you like being around real people. No one puts on an act here. I keep a stack of newspapers and a few chairs for whoever drops by. It's not much, but it's enough for the kind of work I do every day in 110044 India.
