Our shop is located in the DDA Market at Sarvodaya Enclave. It's number 10, so it's quite easy to spot once you get into the market area. We're not far from Mother’s International School, so we get a lot of parents and staff stopping by. We focus on medicines and the usual pharmacy stuff people look for. It’s a small shop, but we try to keep the most common things in stock. Sometimes we have to order something special if it’s not on the shelf. The market here is usually quiet in the mornings but picks up in the evening. We spend a lot of time checking prescriptions and talking to people about what they need. It’s just part of the job. We don’t have any fancy displays or flashy lights. Just the glass counters and the rows of boxes. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we get our weekly deliveries and have to find room for everything. It’s a local business through and through. We’ve known some of our customers for years now. They live in the enclave and just walk over when they need a strip of pills or some bandages. We just do our best to stay organized in our own way. It’s a simple life here at the shop in Delhi. We keep the doors open six days a week, and sometimes on Sundays if there is a lot of work to catch up on.
