We are located at Plot No.364, specifically at the back side on the ground floor. It’s in Sant Nagar. The business is called Magix Tech Services Pvt. Ltd. It can be a little tricky to find us the first time since we are tucked away at the back of the building. But once you know where we are, it’s easy enough. The office is a bit dark because we don't get much direct sunlight, but it keeps the temperature down during the summer. We mostly deal with technical repairs and services. There are always parts and tools scattered around the workbenches. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things and trying to figure out why something isn't working. It’s a lot of trial and error some days. We are just a small group of people who enjoy working with our hands and fixing stuff. We’ve been in Sant Nagar for a few years now and we like the quiet of the back side of the plot. It lets us focus on the tasks without too many distractions from the street. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or if they live nearby and need help with their gear. We just take things as they come.
