Madonna Beauty Parlour is up on the second floor of E 5 in the Ndse 2 Main Market. Even though the name says Pvt Ltd, we are just a normal team working in a busy part of Delhi. South Ex is always crowded, and getting up to the second floor can be a bit of a climb for some, but it’s quieter up here away from the street noise. We have been in this spot for a long time now. The space is divided into a few sections for different things like hair cutting and skin treatments. It’s a bit bigger than some of the street-side shops, but we don't try to be overly posh. We just focus on getting the work done right. The staff has been here for years, so we all know how to work together. We see all kinds of people, from office workers to residents of the nearby colonies. Sometimes the market gets so busy that parking is a nightmare, so most of our clients walk from the metro or nearby. We use regular brands that people trust and don't make a big deal out of it. The lighting inside is bright so we can see everything clearly. It’s a practical setup. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do; we just cut hair and do facials like any other place. It’s a steady routine for us and we just keep it simple.
