The Pink Room

We are based at 29-A in Hauz Khas Village. If you have ever been to the village, you know it is full of narrow lanes and old buildings mixed with new shops. The Pink Room is one of those spots that people usually find while they are out for a walk or looking for something different. It’s a small space, but we have made it our own over the years. We aren't a big chain or anything. It is just a local business in one of the most interesting parts of Delhi. The vibe in Hauz Khas Village changes throughout the day. In the morning it is very quiet and peaceful, but by the evening it gets very crowded with people visiting the cafes and the park. We like being part of that energy. Our place doesn't have a giant neon sign or anything flashy. We just have our door on the street and we wait for people to stop by. Sometimes the tourists get lost looking for the fort and end up at our doorstep, which is always funny. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or marketing plans. We just keep the place tidy and talk to whoever walks in. It is a bit of a climb to get around some parts of the village, but it’s worth it. We have been here for a bit now and we really like the community of artists and shopkeepers.
