Madhur Softsol Llp is tucked away in the Okhla Industrial Area Phase-II. Our address is B-5/3. If you know Okhla, you know it is a very busy place with lots of factories and workshops. We are one of the smaller units here. We mostly do software work. The office is pretty basic. We don't have expensive furniture or a fancy coffee machine. We have a few computers and some old files stacked in the corners. It is a working office, not a showroom. We spend our days coding and testing things out. Sometimes the traffic in South Delhi makes it hard to get here on time, but we usually manage. We don't bother with big advertisements or trying to look corporate. Most of the people we work with just know us from around the area. We like the industrial feel of Phase-II. It feels like a place where things actually get made. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. We don't have long meetings or big presentations. We just talk over our desks and decide what to do next. It is a simple way of running things, but it works for us. If you are looking for a big, shiny tech company, that isn't us. We’re just a bunch of people in a small room in Okhla doing software work. It’s practical and it keeps us busy.
