M S Newgen Software Tech Ltd is located right in the middle of all that activity. Being on the 3rd floor means we have to climb a lot of stairs or wait for the lift, which can be slow sometimes when the building is full. The office is busy because there’s always something going on with software development. We have rows of computers and a lot of cables everywhere that we try to keep organized. Lajpat Nagar is known for its markets, so there's never a dull moment outside our window. We hear the sounds of the street all day long. M S Newgen Software Tech Ltd isn't a place with marble floors or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place where we sit and code or fix bugs. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. The team here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces. We don't have a dress code or anything formal. Most people just wear what’s comfortable for a long day at the desk. We focus on the work that needs to be done before the day ends. Phase 1 is a good spot because everything is close by.
