Our place is in Old Seemapuri, right near the Golchakkar. It is a well-known spot in the area. We are M K B Infotech and we have been operating out of this location for quite some time now. The office is pretty simple. We have some workbenches and a few desks where we handle computer repairs and software setups. It’s a busy part of Seemapuri, so there is always something going on outside. We get a lot of walk-ins from people who have problems with their laptops or need some software installed. We don't try to sound like we know everything or use complicated jargon. We just tell people what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix. It is a very down-to-earth way of working. We aren't part of some big national chain. We are just local guys who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with parts and wires everywhere, but we know where everything is. We take pride in just getting the job done without any fuss. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We stay open pretty late sometimes to finish up work. It’s just how we do things here near the circle. No big promises, just real work every day.
