Luxmi Namkeen & Chocolate Bhandaar

Our place, Luxmi Namkeen & Chocolate Bhandaar, is located at A-56 in the Molar Band Extension of Badarpur Om Enclave Part-I. It is a local neighborhood shop through and through. We have big glass jars filled with different kinds of namkeen and snacks lined up on the counter. Kids from the nearby houses often come in with just a few coins looking for something sweet or a small bag of chips. We also keep some chocolates and biscuits on the shelves behind us. The shop isn't very big, so when three or four people come in at once, it feels very crowded. We spend a lot of time scooping snacks into paper pouches and tying them up with string. There is always a bit of crumbs on the floor that we have to sweep up every few hours. It gets quite dusty because the road outside isn't always the cleanest, but we try to keep the jars closed tight. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name of the shop above the door. Most of our business happens in the late afternoon when people are coming home from work and want something to eat with their tea. It is a simple job, just chatting with the neighbors and making sure we don't run out of the popular snacks that everyone likes to buy.
