Our place is located at RZ-146 on Jagdamba Road, right in the Tughlakabad Extension part of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been through this area, you know it’s a maze of streets and small businesses. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. It’s a tight space, filled with equipment and piles of work that needs to be finished. We do a lot of technical work here, so there are always tools lying around on the benches. It’s not a polished showroom where everything is shiny. It’s a working shop where things get made or fixed. The street outside is usually busy with rickshaws and people moving about. We have a small crew and we all know each other’s habits by now. Lunchtime is usually just everyone sitting around whatever space is clear of parts. It gets noisy with the fans and the sound of the city outside, but we’re used to it. Sometimes we have trouble with the internet or the phones, but we just keep going. We don't have any big slogans or fancy mission statements. We just show up in the morning, look at the schedule, and try to get through the work by the time we have to lock up. It’s a regular Delhi business, doing what we can in the space we have.
