Kumar Techno Soft (P) Ltd. is located down in the lower ground floor of the Prayawaran Complex. Our specific spot is B-65-B, and you have to head into Neb Sarai to find us. Saidullajab is a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the turns, but once you find the complex, we’re right there. Being in the basement, or the lower ground as we call it, means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief. We spend our days mostly looking at screens and talking through projects. It’s not a large team, just enough people to fill the desks we have. The lighting isn't always perfect, but we’ve got enough lamps to make it work. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the area, but we manage. We aren’t really into the flashy office decor you see in those new buildings in Gurgaon. We have our computers, some sturdy chairs, and a small area for lunch. The commute for most of us involves a bit of a walk from the main road through the local market area. You see the same faces every morning at the stalls. We just focus on the software work we have in front of us and try to stay organized. It’s a steady pace here, nothing too crazy, just consistent work day in and day out. It’s been a good home for the business.
