Ks It Services Llp is tucked away in the DLF South Court building in Saket. Specifically, we’re at Dsc-319. Being in a place like South Delhi means we see a lot of different types of clients, from people living nearby to smaller companies that need a hand with their systems. It’s a decent spot to work from, even if the parking at the mall can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren't some massive corporation; we’re just a small group of technicians and support staff who know how to fix IT problems. Our office is pretty functional—mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of screens. We don’t spend much time decorating because we’re usually too busy with service requests or troubleshooting something that broke. It’s a lot of sitting and typing or being on the phone, but that’s the nature of IT work. We like being in Saket because it’s central and people can find us easily enough. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We try to keep things straightforward and avoid all the technical jargon that just confuses people. If something is broken, we try to find a way to fix it. That’s basically the whole plan we have here. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the court. It's a nice little community to be part of every day.
