Kosmosys Solutions Pvt.Ltd. is based right on the ground floor at Plot No-E-43 in Kilkori Maharani Bagh. Being next to CTC Plaza makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic there can be a real headache some afternoons. We started this company because we saw a need for practical solutions that actually work for people. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers of management. It is mostly just a group of us sitting at our desks, working through problems and trying to help our clients. The office isn't overly decorated, it’s mostly just computers and some coffee mugs lying around. We spend a lot of our time on phone calls or looking at screens. It gets quiet when everyone is focused, then loud when we're trying to figure something out together. We moved into this spot a while back and it suits us fine for now. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, but we try to talk like normal people when explaining things. No one likes a bunch of jargon they can’t understand. We have our busy weeks where we stay late and order food in. It’s just how the work goes. We’re just regular folks who happen to be good at what we do with technology. If you're walking by the plaza, you'll probably see our sign on the gate. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us.
