Our office is tucked away in Room No 11 at Katwaria Sarai. If you know Delhi, you know how busy Hauskhas can get during the rush hour. Knowledge Calls Technologies Pvt Ltd is basically just a few of us working out of this space at F 121A A1. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially with all the computers and cables running across the floor. We spend most of our day on the phones or looking at screens. The building isn't new, so the elevator is a bit slow. We usually just take the stairs instead. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the stalls nearby. It gets quite noisy outside with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We deal with a lot of tech stuff, mostly fixing things that stop working for our clients. It isn't very glamorous work, but it pays the bills. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out. That's just how things are here in this part of the city. We try to keep our files organized, but the desks usually end up covered in papers by Friday afternoon. We aren't a huge corporation with a fancy lobby or a lot of employees. We are just local people trying to get things done in a small room in South Delhi. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way.
