We’re over at House No 126 in Devli Village. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in New Delhi -110062. Working for Keane India Pvt. Ltd. from here is interesting because it’s not your typical high-rise office environment. It’s a house, which makes it feel more local and less like a cold corporation. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and we do our work just like anyone else. The village area is quite busy and has its own character. You see neighbors and local shops right outside. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we make it work. The office itself is pretty simple. We don't have any flashy branding on the walls. It’s just computers, some chairs, and a lot of cables. We handle various projects and tasks throughout the day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator. It’s just part of being in this part of town. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just show up at House No 126 and get through our to-do lists. It’s a practical way to run things. We’re just a bunch of people working hard in Devli Village to keep the business going. We take our tea breaks and talk about what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a very grounded way to spend the workday without all the extra polish.
