Karishma Software

We are located way over in Chhattar Pur Pahari, specifically in Ambedker Colony. If you look for Gali No-11 in New Delhi, you will find us at D/402. Laxman Nirankari started this, and we work out of this space every day. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people living close together. You can hear kids playing and vendors shouting their prices right outside the window while we are trying to code or fix bugs. Karishma Software isn't some big tech campus with a gym. It is a room with desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires. We have been here for a while. Delhi heat is no joke, so the AC is always running during the summer, humming in the background. We eat our lunch together at the desks. Sometimes we talk about work, other times we just talk about the traffic or the weather. It is a very normal way to spend a day. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just handle the software stuff that comes our way. It gets pretty loud in the colony during festivals, but we just turn up the volume on our headphones. It is a real place with real people working hard in a crowded part of the city. That's just how we do it.
