Up on the second floor of Nazar Singh Place, at Plot No 252, S-9, you’ll find our office. We’re in Sant Nagar, which is part of the East of Kailash area. It’s a very busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people moving around all the time. The building itself is quite old and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which it often does. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and a lot of humming from the servers. We started out small and we’ve stayed pretty grounded. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s mostly just us tech-minded people trying to solve problems for whoever calls or walks in. Sometimes we’re here late into the night because a server went down or a project is behind schedule. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we enjoy the challenge of it. We often grab food from the stalls downstairs and eat at our desks while we work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We don't use phrases like cutting edge or innovative. We just say we fix things and build things. It’s a practical approach to information technology in a crowded corner of Delhi. We just try to keep things running for our clients and stay out of the way. It is just our way of getting things done every day.
