Running Javedahmed from B-450 in the PTS Colony has its ups and downs. Malviya Nagar is one of those places in New Delhi where everything is always happening at once. Our little corner here in the colony is a bit quieter than the main markets, which is nice when you’re trying to focus. I’ve lived in this city a long time, and I know how hard it is to find a decent spot to work from. This place isn't perfect, the lights flicker sometimes and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it is home to what we do. We mostly just handle things as they come. There is no big master plan or anything like that. I remember when we first moved in, the rooms were completely empty and still smelled like fresh paint. Now, every shelf is full of folders. We keep the doors open mostly to let some air in because it gets pretty stuffy in the summer. Being in New Delhi-17 means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to run errands or meet someone quickly. It’s just a small operation here. We don’t have those fancy coffee machines you see in movies; we just use a kettle and some local tea bags. Most days are just spent answering phones and writing things down. It's simple work but it keeps us on our toes and pays the monthly bills. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job every single day.
