Working out of B-211 in Okhla Phase 1 has been our daily reality for a long time. This industrial area is always on the move, with trucks rumbling by and people rushing to get their shifts started. At Bakson Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, we spend most of our hours sorting through orders and making sure the supplies are moving out on time. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where the work gets done. Traffic around Okhla is usually a mess in the mornings, but once we’re inside, the focus is just on the pharmaceuticals. Our team is relatively small. Most of us have worked here for years, so we’ve got the routine down pretty well. It gets noisy outside because of the construction and the other factories nearby, but you get used to that. Paperwork takes up a lot of our time, alongside keeping the stock organized in the back. Sometimes the power cuts out or the internet gets slow, but we just find ways to keep moving. It’s not glamorous work, just a group of regular people running a pharma company in a busy Delhi neighborhood. We see the same faces every morning, from the delivery drivers to the guy at the tea stall. That’s just how it goes for us. We show up and get through the tasks one by one without making a fuss about it. It’s just how it is.
