It Solutions

It Solutions is tucked away in the Deepali Building at Nehru Place, specifically at Plot No-B-11/92. If you know anything about Delhi, you know Nehru Place is the center of the world for computer parts and repairs. It is a loud, crowded, and energetic place to be. Our office is just one of many, but we have been here long enough to know the layout of the building like the back of our hand. We mostly deal with hardware repairs, fixing up laptops that have seen better days or building PCs for people. The space is usually cramped because we have parts and old monitors taking up most of the room. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. People usually just lean over the counter and tell us what is wrong with their machine. The elevators in the building are always a bit moody, so we often end up carrying boxes up and down the stairs. It is a very hands-on job and we are usually covered in a bit of dust by the end of the day. We don’t bother with marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We just provide a place where people can get their electronics fixed without a lot of fuss. The competition around here is tough, so we just focus on doing the work properly and staying busy.
